Toy Story has arrived at SKAI in Singapore! We recently experienced the new Toy Story-inspired High Tea at SKAI, Swissôtel The Stamford, where Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Lotso and more have inspired an entire afternoon tea menu.
Here’s everything we tried, our favourites, and whether we think it’s worth S$78++.
If there’s one thing we all learned from Toy Story, it’s that adventure is better when shared with friends. And now, SKAI at Swissôtel The Stamford is bringing that timeless charm to the table quite literally.
From 1 September to 30 November 2026, SKAI is offering a limited-edition Toy Story-inspired High Tea that pays tribute to your favourite characters through a delightful spread of handcrafted savoury bites, whimsical sweets, and warm oven-fresh bakes
Here’s a peek at what’s on the menu and each dish is inspired by Toy Story!

We started with the Alcohol-Free cocktails which was the little Green Glow that was inspired by Buzz Lightyear and Sheriff Star Splash which is inspired by Jessie. The brown hat is actually chocolate that you can eat🤣

The Savouries – A Cast of Character
The savoury selection is where nostalgia meets culinary craftsmanship, with each dish inspired by a different Toy Story personality.
- Potato Head Royale (Inspired by Mr. Potato Head) – Smoked Russet potato with Comté Goudère, black truffle, and a touch of N25 Caviar. It’s comfort food, elevated.
- Pretzel Stretch (Inspired by Slinky Dog) – A homemade Wagyu beef smokie tucked into a pretzel brioche, served with sauerkraut and onion fondue. Savoury, smoky, and satisfying.
- Golden Orchard (Inspired by Hamm) – Smoked duck mousse with honey apple gel and savoury duck crackling. Sweet, savoury, and utterly moreish.
- Tropical Roar (Inspired by Rex) – A Bolo pineapple bun with pandan mascarpone. Yes, even the anxious dinosaur gets a tropical twist.
- Garden Harvest (Inspired by Peas-in-a-Pod) – Pea purée on a savoury cracker, topped with Parma ham, cucumber, and feta cream cheese. Fresh, crisp, and colourful.

The Sweets – A Sugar-Coated Adventure
The dessert line-up is just as imaginative, turning iconic characters into edible art.
- Cowboy Chocolate (Inspired by Woody) – Caraïbe 66% chocolate with hazelnut feuilletine. A cowboy’s dream come true.
- Space Ranger (Inspired by Buzz Lightyear) – Berry velvet with cream cheese frosting. To infinity and beyond — and straight into your mouth.
- Lots O’ Berry (Inspired by Lotso) – Sengana bois strawberry shortcake. Pink, fluffy, and full of berry goodness.
- The Claw’s Choice (Inspired by Aliens) – Matcha mandarin orange choux. A quirky combination that the little green men would absolutely approve of.

To top it off we have ice cream
Golden Gallop (Inspired by Jessie and Bullseye) – Alfonso mango sorbet with blueberry and streusel. A sweet, fruity finish that’s as vibrant as Jessie’s spirit.
The Verdict – Is It Worth S$78++?
Honestly? Yes.
Our favourites? That was really hard for us to choose the savoury as we really liked them all. We do have a favourite for the sweets that is the Cowboy Chocolate (Inspired by Woody).
If you’re a Toy Story fan, it’s a no-brainer. If you just want a fun afternoon with friends, it’s also a great shout.

Final Thoughts
We went in with high expectations, and SKAI delivered. The food was great, the view was stunning, and the Toy Story nostalgia hit just right. We took way too many photos, ate way too much, and left very happy.
